Charles Construction Services is a leading general contractor created from the 2024 merger of two of the region’s most respected firms: Lima-based Hume Supply (founded 1948) and Findlay-based Charles Construction (founded 1983). This union combines over 75 years of local expertise with the expanded resources to handle commercial and industrial projects of any scale.
Our primary service area is Northwest Ohio, supported by our offices in Findlay, Lima, and Ottawa. This strategic footprint allows us to efficiently manage projects throughout the region. We also take on projects in other parts of Ohio, depending on the scope and the client’s needs.
As a commercial and industrial general contractor, we specialize in building and managing large-scale projects across a variety of sectors. Our portfolio includes industrial plants, manufacturing facilities, commercial offices, retail centers, K-12 schools, university buildings, and healthcare facilities. We do not typically perform single-family home construction.
